Your reputation, your character, your behavior will inspire people more than anything else. The only way to call the best out of others is to expect the best from yourself.

People always think that success comes easy, but if you are an entrepreneur, you know how much hard work your business involves and the sacrifice it makes in your own life. Being an entrepreneur always comes at a price. The key is to use every challenge that comes in your way as a source of motivation.

Everything I have learned over the years has come through my own personal failures. I recognize that a perfect world doesn’t exist, and we must respect the cycles of life. Nowadays I try to convey the importance of being resilient and willing to win when I’m dealing with my companies, talking to entrepreneurs or interacting on projects where I give my international advice.

The only thing the world owes you is an opportunity. When you get that opportunity you have the responsibility to inspire others to also succeed.
